.Data are collected through the weekly national statistics questionnaire „Freight transport by road”. Quarterly estimates are calculated on the basis of data collected on a weekly basis. The survey of road freight transport organized by Statistics Estonia provides an overview of goods transporte and transport volumes of Estonian road freight vehicles. Road freight vehicles registered in the Traffic Register of the Road Administration which have a loading capacity of over 3,500 kg (categories N2 and N3) and which are not older than 25 years participate in the sample survey.
