Starting from 2019, the data are not corrected on the basis of the quarterly statistical activity „Economic indicators of enterprises“.
The structure of the table has been changed on 31.12.2021.
Since 2024, the weights of 2021 are used for calculating the volume indices. In 2013-2018, the weights of 2015 were used, in 2009-2012, the weights of 2010 were used and in 2002-2008, the weights of 2005 were used..
Up to the year 2011 the data have been converted into euros on the basis of aggregated data (1 euro = 15.6466 Estonian kroons).
Starting from 2026, the data on several retail trade activities are published under more general activities (which will be added to the table as soon as possible). Statistics Estonia continues to publish data according to EMTAK 2008, while the Business Register uses only the new version EMTAK 2025 since 2025 – as a result, the economic activities are no longer fully comparable.
