Since 2019, the amount of premiums is calculated on the basis of all premiums payable during the insurance period regardless of periodic premiums and is reported in the month in which the insurance contract takes effect.
As of 1 January 2018, recording of IF P&C Insurance AS insurance payments has changed - all payments to be paid based on the insurance contract are recorded under reference period bonuses.Data on technical risk insurance have been added on 26.02.2024.

Since 12 July 2011 SE BTA Eesti filiaal has been renamed BTA Insurance Company SE Eesti filiaal.
Since 2 January 2013 ERGO Kindlustuse AS has been renamed ERGO Insurance SE.
The data on UAB DK PZU Lietuva in Estonia are added on 27.09.2013.
As of 01.11.2014, the Estonian branch (12378577) of UAB DK PZU took over the activity of the Estonian branch (11299485) of Codan Forsikring A/S.
As of 01.06.2015, the AB Lietuvos draudimas Eesti filiaal took over the activity of the UAB DK PZU Lietuva Eesti filiaal.
Since 14 July 2015 BTA Insurance Company SE Eesti filiaal has been renamed AAS BTA Baltic Insurance Company Eesti filiaal.
The data on Compensa Vienna Insurance Group UADB Eesti filiaal are added on 28.03.2016.
Since 2 December 2016 AAS Gjensidige Baltic in Estonia has been renamed Akciné draudimo bendrové Gjensidige Eesti filiaal.
Seesam Insurance AS ceased activity on 02.07.2020 in connection with a merger. The insurance portfolio was transferred to Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, ADB.
The data on Balcia Insurance SE Eesti filiaal are added on 28.12.2023.
Up to the year 2011, the data have been converted into euros on the basis of aggregated data (1 euro = 15.6466 Estonian kroons).
