Age of children in household:
0–24 years, or dependent child. This is Eurostat's definition which states that a dependent child is a household member aged 0–17 years (as at 1 January of the reference year), as well as a household member aged 18–24 years who is economically inactive and living with at least one parent.
0–17 years, or minor child. This refers to a household member aged 0–17 years (as at 1 January of the reference year).
Change in data source in 2008 should be taken into account when comparing data for 2000–2007 with the following years (2000–2007: Household Budget Survey; since 2008: Estonian Social Survey).
