Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Milk products are manufactured from fresh cow milk or skimmed milk for delivery outside dairies. To avoid double counting, milk products used within Estonian dairies for the manufacture of other milk products are not taken into account.
Due to rounding, the total sums in tables are not always equal with the total. The difference can be up to some last decimal places.
Since 2018 changes in stocks are not assessed.
Milk products also include those produced in agricultural holdings.
