Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

The data of the two last periods may be subject to adjustment.
Since 2017, a new methodology compiled by Eurostat has been used, according to which the accounting period is a calendar year and products with the second stage processing are not included. Since only a few species are covered the total of cereals is not calculated.
Due to the changes in methodology, the data from 2017 are not directly comparable with previous years.
Data for 1 January - 31 December 2022 has been revised on 28.11.2023.
