Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

Data providers are first buyers of milk and milk processing establishments approved by the Agricultural and Food Board.
The purchase price of milk includes the entire purchase price, including contractual additions or deductions. If some of the additions or deductions are made retroactively for previous months, the data on previous months are not corrected and the retroactively made additions or deductions are included in the month of actual payment. Price does not include value-added tax and transportation costs. Due to rounding, the total sums in tables are not always equal with the total. The difference can be up to some last decimal places.
Data for the current year may be revised when next month's data are added.
Table structure has been changed on 25.11.2022, annual data is in the table PM181: Purchase of milk. The publication of the table was funded by the European Union. Up to the year 2011 the data have been converted into euros on the basis of aggregated data (1 euro = 15.6466 Estonian kroons).
